Wearing the Lift Bra on its own.
People who know me also know that I love wearing transparent or open weave tops and the Lift Bra on it's own is a great accessory.
Here's a few photos of me wearing the bra and as you can see it's almost impossible to detect:
Once the Lift Bra is in place, any flab you manipulate from now on should stay where you put it. Place your hand under the main (black) bra and pull the flab under your shoulders towards you. It may be necessary to pull your boob up a little also.
When your nipples are in the center of the main (black) bra, right where they should be, you should be showing some cleavage. If not, keep moving things about until you achieve a satisfactory result.
It's a good idea to wear a comfortable but tight T-Shirt or top to help stop the underarm flab from returning there. I'm holding my arms against my body to see what kind of result a firm fitting top will give.
I chose a low cut stretch body shaper for this shot. It's the same outfit I'm wearing on the first page of this tutorial and the body shaper sure feels sexy. The shaper and the skirt cost $5 each, so women's clothes don't have to be expensive.

Both photos were taken in January 2015. The one on the right is a rare photo of me not wearing stockings. I'm wearing my black T-Shirt Bra and the Lift Bra under a $3 semi-transparent dress from the local Op-Shop. It's normally an inch or so longer but I tucked it up for this cheeky photo.
